{WRK} is brightening up this rainy Monday with Keri and Justin’s spectacular Lexington wedding, photographed by the impressive Five by Five Photography + Design! We absolutely adore her stunning gown from Twirl Boutique, white peonies, and the touch of sparkle compliments of Kate Spade! I also want to announce our {Swag Wednesday} winner, Allison! Congrats Allison, I hope your special day is wonderful and I know you will look oh, so fabulous in the stylish crystal drop earrings!
There’s a sweet story to compliment today’s couple and it will have you in matrimonial heaven. Keri tells us of their proposal after four years of dating – “We were in Savannah for a weekend getaway, spending a Saturday wandering through the streets and squares…sitting on a fountain in Lafayette square just chatting when all of the sudden he was on his knee! Champagne quickly followed!”
Being graduates of the University of Georgia and currently residing in Atlanta, there were sure to be a lot of out of town guests at the celebration of their nuptials. They wanted to show their guests a little bit of Kentucky life. A bluegrass band {Shades of Grass} played throughout the cocktail hour and a bourbon bar was set up to really give it a Kentucky experience. The guests enjoyed dancing and music throughout the night, and even had tambourines passed out to their guests. The icing on the cake for a truly entertaining evening was the midnight snack of mini cheeseburgers and fries. A perfect wedding accompanied by a perfect story. Complete with a sparkler exit {WRK hearts sparkler exits!} Enjoy!
